The location was great with shopping within a five minutes' easy walking distance from the hotel. Porter's bar is attached to the hotel. It is a great place for food and entertainment. The staff was cute and the service was wonderful.

The hotel feels a bit outdated and worn, definitely not like it used to be. There are no kids club or proper activities for children. Breakfast had variety but lacked flavor.

slow elevators murky pool

The elevators seem to be on some kind of permanent vacation. You'd think a hotel of this caliber could manage to get them moving at a decent pace. the 'amazing' rooftop pool I kept hearing about? More like a lukewarm puddle with questionable hygiene. I was expecting a shimmering oasis, but instead I found myself dodging floating debris.

the location was very convenient with easy access to the mall. I found it very useful since I could easily shop and dine. The staff were friendly. The breakfast had a decent selection of foods.

direct access late check-out slow check-in busy elevator

the hotel has direct access to the mall from the third floor. this was very convenient when i wanted to shop. check-in was seamless and i was granted a late check-out. this was very helpful since my flight was at 11pm.

the check in process took more time than expected. also, elevators were very busy and it took a long time for them to arrive.
